Mum's the word

Why would a mom need coaching?

Becoming a mother is the most beautiful moment for most mums, an experience that transforms them inside out. Being a mom means more than having given birth to a child. It’s loving and knowing a soul before you even see it. It’s carrying and caring for a life completely dependent on you for survival. … from a baby to a toddler and from a pre-teen to those teenage years, it’s building their self-esteem, supporting their dreams and loving them unconditionally. It can be an extremely challenging journey that leads to self-discovery, relationships and for mums to find their own identity through it all.

We all want to be the best parents we can be for our children, but there is often conflicting advice on how to raise a child who is confident, kind and successful. We also carry our own conflicts, unresolved emotions and limiting beliefs into the parenthood journey and unknowingly create a lasting impression on our kids with our baggage. This is where a coach can help. Thanks to the coach, you will get a series of tools you can use to be healthy in body and mind first and thereby raise healthy and emotionally stable kids. You will be able to recognize your own emotions and the emotions of your kids and work on them. You have to be the change you want to see in your family!

I work with working mums, stay at home mums, work from home mums, mums of toddlers, mums of teens.. and all of our tribe to help them resolve whatever they are struggling with in their life.

  • Self-esteem and confidence issues
  • Anxiety before a big presentation at work
  • Parenting troubles
  • Relationships at home
  • Relationships with colleagues
  • Achieve their goals

I strongly believe that happiness and fulfillment does not come from accomplishments, success and beauty. It comes from within, when you feel at peace, without chasing anything on the outside. It comes from self-love!
